I have always had a love for Jeeps! I grew up with my parents driving Jeeps so the Jeep brand sort was imprinted on me at a young age. I have been a technician at a Jeep dealer for over six years now, which I absolutely love.
Like most people, I told myself I was going to keep my Wrangler stock but obviously I was lying to myself. I named the Jeep “Rock Lobster” because the name of the paint color is “Rock Lobster Red”.
The Jeep already had the Garvin adventure rack when I bought it, and since then I have added the Kargo Master Safari Rack, Smittybilt XRC front bumper, rear DV8 bumper, rocker guards, rock sliders, Rough Country 3.5in lift, Rough Country inner steel fenders, B. Lee’s Off-Road Heavy Duty Steering, 37s on American Racing Wheels
, a 10,000lb winch
, light bars, 5.13 Yukon gears, and I updated the stereo unit and added a subwoofer! I plan on getting a 4.5in BDS lift in the future, along with new driveshafts. I will also truss the front and rear axles once spring comes. The modifications never end so I am sure there will be more things to come. I want to explore more with it, there is only so much to see in New England!
